I never use amazon.co.jp but I used Yesasia before. They give free delivery but very slow. I'm using hmv.co.jp and very happy with the service. They give you discounts for the item and charge for shipping but I got them very quick! Last year I received on the same week, this time I receive one day later than the release date. I think they charge me 1500yen for delivery which I found quite reasonable, considering the time frame of the delivery. The shipping fee seems to be the same for either for 1 or 2 item. you can use paypal or credit card with HMV.
